Yes. Because our extensions are 100% human hair, you can curl, straighten, and blow-dry them just like your own hair. We recommend using a heat protectant spray and keeping your tools below 180°C to maximise their lifespan.

With proper care, our Genius Weft extensions can last 9–12 months or longer. Regular maintenance appointments (every 6–8 weeks) and using sulphate-free, extension-friendly products will help keep them looking their best.

We recommend having a professional colourist tone or darken your extensions if needed. Lightening or bleaching is not advised as it can compromise the hair quality. Always perform a strand test first.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the extensions are in their original, unopened packaging and have not been worn, washed, or altered. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
