Everything you need to know about getting your extensions delivered and our hassle-free returns policy.

Free UK Delivery

Complimentary Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all UK orders over £150. Standard delivery on orders under £150 is just £4.95.

Next Day Available

Need it fast? Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and choose Next Day Delivery for just £7.95. Saturday delivery also available.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

UK Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): £4.95, or free on orders over £150
Express Delivery (1-2 working days): £7.95
Next Day Delivery (order before 2pm): £9.95
Saturday Delivery (order before 12pm Friday): £12.95

All UK orders are dispatched from our studio via Royal Mail Tracked or DPD, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

International Delivery

Europe (5-7 working days): from £12.95
USA & Canada (7-10 working days): from £14.95
Rest of World (7-14 working days): from £17.95

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order tracking: You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio. You can also track your order from your account page.

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Maison Nicole extensions. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Extensions must be in their original, unopened packaging
Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
Please include your order number and reason for return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong shade

Colour Exchanges

Ordered the wrong shade? No problem. We offer free colour exchanges within 30 days. Simply send us a message with your order number and the shade you would like instead, and we will arrange a swap.

Tip: Not sure about your shade? Send us a photo of your hair in natural light via WhatsApp and our colour specialists will help you find your perfect match before you order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send out the correct item or a full refund immediately. Please include photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

Post your return via a tracked service (we recommend Royal Mail Tracked 48)
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return
